Delivery:
We only ship to addresses in the UK. I aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Usually all orders placed in the afternoon or evening will be dispatched the next working day or Saturday morning. If you are paying by cheque, I aim to dispatch your order as soon as your cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days for this). If there is a going to be a delay with anything you have ordered, I will let you know as soon as possible. I'm often just waiting for another delivery of an item so sometimes the "delay" will only be a few days. Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, I will place it on back order for you and will notify you via your email address with an estimated delivery date for the back ordered goods. You may of course prefer to cancel your back ordered goods or swap it for something similar. Items that I have in stock will be sent out in advance of your back order. You will not be charged postage on back ordered goods. Refunds and exchanges:
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its new and re-saleable condition within 2 weeks. The product must not have been washed or used in order to qualify for a replacement/refund. Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns and let me know if you require replacement products or a refund. If you require a refund on items that are as good as new (see above), and we originally sent your goods to you free of charge, then our postage costs will be deducted from your refund. If you require an exchange we will charge you postage at cost on the new items. We do check all products really carefully before dispatch, but occasionally you may get something faulty. If you are are returning faulty goods, then we will refund your postage costs or send you items to the value of your postage costs, upon verification of the fault by ourselves.
Please be certain of your choice before washing or using - if you have ordered a large number of nappies, it might be sensible only to wash a few to begin with, until you're sure you're happy with your purchase. Please note, bumGenius! products now come with a 12 month guarantee if purchased from an authorised dealer such as ourselves. You must wash and care for them in accordance with the washing instructions provided with your nappies. For more information see www.bgnappies.com. When returning goods, I recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 days, which starts when you receive your goods. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Nappymania.com obligation to inform you of your rights, and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed. Postage Charges for UK orders are currently free of charge for orders over £50. We charge postage of £2.50 for smaller orders. |
