This is the size 2 Bamboozle popper nappy which is suitable for use as a Birth to Potty for all but the smallest child. 

The Bamboozle made by Tots Bots has already established itself as a very popular nappy. Bamboo is a wonderful fabric to make nappies from because it stays relatively soft even after repeated washes, is amazingly absorbent and therefore tends to produce slimmer nappies.

If you are looking for a more Eco-friendly fabric than cotton, then Bamboo is a good one to consider. Bamboo is highly eco-friendly and has a short growth cycle that thrives naturally without the need for pesticides or fertilisers. A futher advantage is that Bamboo fabric is highly biodegradable.

The fibre is woven in a sort of criss-cross fashion making it highly absorbent too, and it's a quick absorber so can cope with "hose-pipe" weeing! Tests have shown the fabric to absorb up to 60% more moisture yet dry 20% quicker than cotton. Also, independent tests have shown that the fabric is antibacterial too.

This is not necessarily a quick-drying nappy as Bamboo nappies in general take a good while to dry but on the plus side, Bamboo really is very absorbent and is a great option for a night-time nappy. 

The adjustment system on the popper Bamboozle is very similar to the Motherease one-size, (with the poppers placed along the front of the nappy rather than at the waist and thighs).

So, for a newborn baby, fold the front of the nappy over (to reduce the height of the nappy) and fasten across the row of poppers, and then for an older baby use the nappy without folding down. There is a good degree of adjustment, and in the smallest setting you can overlap the tabs, so all shapes and sizes of babies are well catered for here. Inside the nappy there is the usual booster liner as with the standard cotton tots or bamboozles. This liner is stitched into the nappy so can't be taken out and means the nappy would be a little bulky on a newborn baby as most birth to potty nappies are.

This nappy is made to a high standard, offers great absorbency and makes an excellent value birth to potty or size 2 nappy (18-35lbs). It is worth considering if you like the Motherease one-size but are looking for something a little more absorbent.
